We use QuickBooks Online to ensure accuracy and ease of use. You have the option to either pay for the software directly or let us handle it—we'll simply add the cost to your monthly fee as reimbursement. This way, you have flexibility based on your preference. Our goal is to make bookkeeping as seamless and hassle-free as possible!

We'll need online access to your bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, and invoicing system.

Most of these platforms offer a read-only accountant login, and we’ll guide you through setting it up to ensure your data remains secure.

This allows us to work smoothly without interrupting your operations.

Once your books are set up, our dedicated team maintains them monthly. A highly skilled bookkeeper will be personally assigned to your account, meticulously compiling your reports and categorizing your transactions at the end of each month.

Should any questions arise, you will promptly receive an email for clarification. Once resolved, you will receive a detailed report highlighting the invaluable insights derived from the numbers.

Rest assured, you can expect to receive your financial reports by the 15th of the month, if not sooner.

Our monthly packages start at $287 and vary based on your needs. Most clients fall to this minimum when we implement good systems for accurate data delivery.

If you need your books caught up, there will be a one-time set-up fee. You are billed monthly by auto-pay, and we accept PayPal or credit cards via Stripe.
