I'm Thaime, a Venezuelan native who made the vibrant city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, my home two decades ago.
I am a bilingual financial strategist who empowers entrepreneurs to become profit machines.
My mission is to empower independent entrepreneurs and freelancers on their journey by providing comprehensive solutions for generating profits and organizing both their business and personal finances.
Through my work with non-profits, I learned that many entrepreneurs are experts and shine with their crafts and talents, but struggle with the legal structure, financial strategy, and organization of their business.
I could not keep this newfound knowledge to myself, which is why I became obsessed with creating solutions (workshops and bookkeeping services) that help entrepreneurs with their business finances.

Fun facts about me:
Like many exceptional individuals I collaborate with, I'm a business owner.
In 2015, I co-founded my first six-figure business, The Farmhouse Paint Bar, an acclaimed paint studio in MKE.
Then, in 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, I co-launched Chuchos Red Tacos, which was honored as the #1 Birriera in Milwaukee and became my first multi-million dollar business.
Awards
In 2020, I was honored to be named the Wisconsin SBA Small Business Person of The Year, marking a historic milestone as the first Latina to receive this recognition in the state.
Also, in 2023 I was named The Business Journal Woman Of Influence.
Beyond steering my businesses, I proudly serve as the first bilingual business coach at Bizstart Wisconsin and The Latino Academy of Wisconsin.
